If our products are in anyway defective upon receiving them, we guarantee a full reimbursement of the purchase price, including shipping and handling. We do not grant refunds for the following reasons: size, color, shape, or desired product. The product needs to be defective, e.i. damaged, broke, or otherwise non-functional. Proof of damaged or defective product needs to to submitted for review, and upon approval, a refund of the full purchase price, including shipping and handling, will be processed.
